What sizing should I choose?

We will ask you for your measurements and your height before the purchase to make sure the outfit fits you best, basically, we will put the look together just for you! Please also specify if you are going for a close-to-body, normal or a baggy fit.

Are boxes for both males and females?

For the moment we are only offering female mystery boxes.

What if I don’t like what I have received?

If you don’t like something, just send it back, giving a few reasons and we’ll send replacement item(s) which better suit what you are looking for. Please note the return and the additional shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

How long will it take to arrive?

We aim to put the boxes together and ship out within 5 working days. If you need a box to arrive before a specific date, please send us a message and we will do our best to accomodate.

Does the Mystery Box contain vintage designer items?

The Mystery Boxes contain vintage non-designer items, sourced in Paris, France. Luxury designer items are not included.
